The expanded global sales and marketing team includes leadership roles for Suzette Deveau as VP of Membership and Sales, Bridget Tran as VP of Corporate Marketing, Jaclyn Riley as Director of Marketing + Communications, Kristin Collett as Director of Digital Marketing and Angela Molnar as Regional Director of Revenue Management. The team was hand-picked because of their deep business experience and history of delivering systemic structures and strategic results in traditional business and lifestyle sectors, with a strong focus on sales. to businesses and regions, traditional / B2B and digital marketing and revenue management.

Suzette Deveau brings extensive commercial experience to the team as a strategic leader within the corporate and real estate sales teams with Mandarin Oriental, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Americas. She has developed a reputation for sustainable growth and mentoring with a career spanning many multinational companies in various markets including the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Singapore, Indonesia, China and Australia.

Bridget Tran has extensive global experience in integrated marketing, digital strategies and innovation for lifestyle hotels, including as Vice President of Digital Strategies and Marketing Innovation for Nobu Hospitality, Vice President digital marketing and e-commerce for Dream Hotel Group and marketing director for Taj Hotels Resorts and Palais. She also served as director of fractional marketing for start-ups in the travel industry, having founded and sold two digital hospitality companies.

Jaclyn Riley is a global business travel and lifestyle brand communications and marketing expert, with accomplishments such as overseeing the brand marketing launch of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Europe and the UK. United, defining the launch strategy for a socially responsible hotel brand supported by private equity, and winning a Gold Adrian Award for corporate social responsibility. She founded and sold a boutique branded marketing and PR agency after winning nine industry awards in five years.

Kristin Collett has extensive agency experience in digital strategies in the areas of business travel, lifestyle, resort and vacation rentals, residences and extended stay / hotel brands, strategy setting. in place, website production and multi-channel campaigns to generate direct website revenue. She is an expert on strategic and ever-active digital marketing initiatives that set the stage for the brand’s long-term growth and profitability.

Angela Molnar has spent her career building a reputation for maximizing revenue, including identifying new business opportunities, exploring new sources of revenue, reducing costs, and implementing effective tools. She recently entered e-commerce with Uline after a strong tenure at Hyatt properties in the South and Midwest.
