Kupwara district administration reviews progress of ongoing health and welfare centers – India Education | Latest Education News | World Education News

KUPWARA: On the instructions of Kupwara District Development Commissioner, Khalid Jahangir, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Kupwara along with relevant officers inspected various ongoing health and welfare centers today.

During the inspection, the ADDC directed the executing agency to complete the work left out no later than June 30, 2022.

The Tehsildar Kralpora has been instructed to remove any illegal encroachment around the Aloosa and Reddi Chowkibal Health and Wellness Center and has been asked to provide a report on action taken by June 16.

The ADDC ordered BMO Kupwara to restore water and electricity supplies to HWC Batergam by Monday.

During the inspection of HWC Krusan, it was found that the said building had been converted into the Panchayat Secretariat, located in the premises of the NCA. BMO Sogam and BDO Sogam have been instructed to take other available RDD accommodation in said vicinity after appropriate support for conversion to HWC within the amount available with BMO.

CMO Kupwara was also tasked to monitor the left out part of the work under close supervision and within the IPH standard.
