Designed for customers and residents

The hotel was designed based on research into Brazilian architecture, landscaping, craftsmanship and natural resources, with the American architectural firm HKS, Inc. who then developed design elements present throughout the property.

Architect Sérgio Santana is behind the landscape design of the hotel and Burle Marx and Antonio Malt are among the artists who have created works exclusively for the site. A custom installation mimics the night sky in the lobby.

Highlights of this new hotel include the Italian restaurant, Neto, where chef Ícaro Rizzo’s dishes, combining Italian cuisine with local ingredients, are served in a two-story room with Brazilian wood and marble details. This restaurant is joined by the lobby’s centerpiece, Bar Caju, offering cocktails with traditional Brazilian ingredients.

The hotel’s serene spa, featuring natural textures and an earth-tone color palette, offers indulgent therapies incorporating native fruits and flowers. Wellness facilities include a fitness center, yoga room, steam room, and indoor-outdoor pool. Additionally, for events, the property houses a 10,000 square foot convention center featuring six private rooms.
