Stock & Supply relaunches with a new spring-themed menu

Stock & Supply will reappear with a fresh, engaging new look and menu more than two years after its grand opening. Following a closure during the Covid-19 pandemic, this culinary gem at Delta Hotels by Marriott Vancouver Downtown Suites is back just in time for spring.

This exciting relaunch will focus on the turn of the seasons, with new spring-centric food and drink, decorations and artwork. The concept is local-centric and strives to champion seasonal ingredients and produce that reflect the time of year. This spring’s menu lineup will feature Salt Spring Mussels and Clams, Precious Heirloom Tomatoes, Local Salmon, Seasonal Berries, Rock Crab and more. The ‘Build-Your-Own Board’ offering will also remain central to the concept moving forward, allowing guests to create custom boards from a selection of BC cheeses, artisan meats, local, homemade pickles and preserves to name a few.

Celebration will also be a central pillar of the concept moving forward –– the celebration of unity, of good food and drink, of the everyday. Whether it’s a quick morning bite, a happy hour, or a group dinner, the personalized service, carefully prepared and selected food and beverages, and welcoming atmosphere will make any occasion here memorable.

The menu will continue to feature unique build-your-own offerings, with a new focus on rotating seasonal delights. The “topped board” is served with grilled sourdough, roasted pepper hummus, homemade pickles, hot peppers and candied garlic, and guests can choose three other items to add, such as Colombian honey. Brit + Lemon Brussels Sprouts with Crispy Bacon, Yarrow Meadows Smoked Spicy Strawberry Duck Breast, Peppercorn Ricotta with Truffle Honey Bruschetta, and more.
The lunch service returns once again to the restaurant. In addition to breakfast, happy hour, and dinner menus, it’s had an inspired seasonal refresh. Diners will be able to enjoy new favorites coming soon –– from strawberry challah French toast to lemongrass chicken noodles –– at any time of the day.

Executed by Executive Chef Mike Reid, the menu is an ode to local, seasonal BC meals. “We are incredibly proud of our menu and excited to unveil it. It’s a great mix of proven customer favorites along with new high seasonal offers. Everything we create is a testament to the amazing flavors and ingredients we have here in BC”

The distinctive drink menu will be no different, allowing guests to explore unique flavor combinations. Refreshing Sips –– The S&S Bellini with Okanagan Peach Infused Amaro Woods and Prosecco –– Bold Flavors –– The “Kentucky Meets BC” with Trust Southern Whisky, BC Blueberries, Apple and Lime –– there are delicious options for everyone. This spring, the Sakura Martini will be a particularly compelling option, paying homage to cherry blossom season with Sakura Cherry Blossom Green Tea Syrup, Sheringham Kazuki Gin, Osake BC Sake and Maraschino Liqueur.

The interiors of the restaurant have also undergone some changes. With new signage in the lobby and a selection of artwork from the Vancouver Art Gallery on display, Stock & Supply further reinforces its identity as a dynamic and inventive concept for always exploring something new. Much more than just a hotel restaurant, Stock & Supply embodies innovative but accessible local cuisine. Stock & Supply is scheduled to reopen on Friday May 27, 2022, with lunch service beginning on Monday May 30.
