The hotels are expected to open in 2022 and 2025.

The Ritz-Carlton, the website reported, “is expected to open in 2025 and will offer 195 guest rooms, including 34 suites, a specialty restaurant, an all-day restaurant, meeting rooms, an outdoor pool and a fitness center.
